Monday Mood

It was a sunshine mood this morning when i came into office, checked email, phew.. no urgent job, no special request, no new jobs on last late friday (which i always receive last minute job late at night)cause i left quite early on last friday..

But when one of my colleague came over and tell me, the translation job for Thai Language was sucks and the client commented badly, my mood was like a roller coaster.. from the top drop till ground.. and now need to truble shoot again.. sigh..

The Power of Speech!

Saw this on Yee Zheng's Wonderland. Think it is nice to share with you all..

1. 说出来
需要坦白的说出你内心的感受，感情，痛苦，想法和期望。但绝对不是批评，责备，抱怨，攻击。

2. 不批评，不责备，不抱怨，不攻击
批评，责备，抱怨，攻击这些都是沟通的剑子手只会让事情恶化。

3. 互相尊重
只有给予对方尊重才有沟通，若对方不尊重你时，你也要适当的请求对方的尊重，否则很难沟通。

4. 绝不出口恶言
恶言伤人，就是所谓的『祸从口出』。

5. 不说不该说的话
如果说了不该说的话，往往要花费极大的代价来祢补，正是所谓的『一言即出，驷马难追』，『病从口入，祸从口出』甚至还可能造成无法祢补的终身的遗憾！所以沟通不能够信口雌黄，口无遮拦；但是完全不说话，有时候也会变得更恶劣。

6. 情绪不稳定不要沟通，尤其是不能够做决定

不只是沟通才需要觉知，一切都需要。如果自己说错了话或做错事，如不想造成无可祢补的伤害时，最好的办法是什么？ 『我错了』，这就是一种觉知。

9. 承认我错了
承认我错了是沟通的消毒剂，可解冻，改善与转化沟通的问题。就那么一句『我错了』勾销了多少人的新仇旧恨，化解掉多少打不开的死结，让人豁然开朗，放下武器，重新面对自己，开始重新思考人生，甚至於我是谁？在这浩瀚的宇宙洪流里，人最在意的就是『我』。如果有人不尊重我、打压我、欺负我或侮辱我时，即使是亲如父子，都可能反目成仇，偏泪一点的，离家出走还算什么，死给你看的例子都屡见不鲜哩！

Brother Bear's Farewell Donut

Today is so called the unofficial last day of brother bear's Xtentia 工作生涯。 If I see him come back too work again then he must be 憨過頭. People always bully those nice people don't know why, and this nice people are soft-hearted.. 天性难改。。是好是坏？谁了？

My Lunch

Hohoho.. went to Amoy for lunch.. Queue for this food for nearly 20minutes.. very long.. and the aunty can still talk on the phone while cooking my noodle.. cool~~ But must becareful, one day your phone drop into the pot then jialat..

Noodle taste alright, nothing fantastic but the soup is nice! Aunty gave me a lot as in big portion lar and my friend said, this is the usual practise of the aunty to give more than less.. i guess it is a good portion for a guy but not gal..

Still so Busy..

My temper is not so good lately, as I always loss my temper on the same vendor which is doing the same mistakes again and again, level of tolerance thinning.. I have no other people to tell except complaining here.. Besides, work quite late, not enough sleep and my eye lids are getting thinner as more obvious double eye lids.

Hope that this project will close case soon. Pick up AI well. I am doing amendments for HP jobs on my own now rather than sending back to typesetter cause the uploading and downloading process take damn hell long.. besides, typesetter always missed out some mistakes.. so, better do things on my own even company is paying them.. can't rely on people anymore! Whatever.. My life.. my drama life.. always so pathetic.. when is the blissful moment gonna happen ya? i wonder.. emm.. hopefully soon =D

What a Week!

I'm back in hometown. But, i am still working on Good Friday, checking files.. Thank god that this weekend, our IT people are doing some set-up therefore network will be down and i have excuse not to work already hurray! Well, I'm tired leh.. Just some updates:

1. Edmund is staying with us in Singapore and he is going to nursery starting from April onwards. Who is sending him to school? ME! The YeeYee.. so i have to wake up super early now to take bath for him and dress him up in mini uniform..

2. Jo & Jeff have left the company.. kinda sad leh.. I will miss them for sure =(

3. Business are getting better and better at my side, and i'm handling all the miscellaneous projects, you name it.

4. There is new colleague, she is so cool~~ have no chance talking to her yet emm...

5. My boss's court case is over and she has won the case.. thanks Allah for supporting and protecting her =D

6. Broke! Too many outings & gatherings for March. My calender is fulled with appointments.. Need to save up more and more money liao..

7. I don't wanna go back to work on MONDAY!!! Wish that It is a holiday..

Well, His birthday is actually on 18th March, 2008. But i am too busy to blog, so, my picture is outdated for 2 days. Had a pleasant time at Charcoal Grill Restaurant, is so cool and nice over there.. but the price is super expensive lor.. But is definately GOOD FOOD! It is situated at St. James's ground floor. Thanks Jimmy, for treating us BUT feel so bad for him instead.. Luckily we did buy him the cake & Levi's Tee, if not even more Paisey..

最近很累， 上班都想睡着。。

我也发觉，每当我听音乐我好像就在我和我的工作世界里
一方面很好啦。。不会受到旁人的干扰
可是另一方面，我也在隔离自己
耳朵重听，电话铃声好像都听不到了
是我太累了呢？还是耳朵失灵呢？

收尿

我很无聊啦。。刚上完厕所。。
突然想起前几天的事，厕所历险记哈哈。。
我公司有两间厕所，一个男厕另外一个当然是女厕啦
两个厕所之间隔了一个PVC类似的板， 下面有封
每当两个厕所都被应用，那么大家都会听到另一遍的人在干嘛
就是那天。。我进了厕所，随着就有人进了男厕所
他在尿时，我突然就没有要尿的感觉了耶
奇怪。。所以我就回坐位 。
第二次去上厕所，又有人在用另一个厕所，我又没得尿了
所以整天都没上到厕所。。回到家就有尿尿的感觉
膀胱突然觉得很满，满到快爆炸
我只是在想，平常我们身边的人做某样东西。。
我们就会跟着做，容易被影响，就比如，打哈欠
哪为什么我听到别人尿却又尿不出呢？ 难道要看到才算？奇怪的我。。

Gary Chaw.. The Superman Guy

Well, If you guys know who is Gary Chaw.. Emm.. For those who don't know him, he is a very talented and most promissing Singer.. He comes from Malaysia that is the best thing!!

Okay, people always mixed up, Gary actually released an album before he got popularize by his Superwoman. His first album was "Gary" but sad thing is that he didn't get much attention or notice by the listener. Released second album which is " Ge ge blue" (格格Blue) that makes him popular! Phew.. it's like a boom of fame! and Superwoman is one of the song in this album and it is not the album title, please get it right hor people.. 2nd album entitled Superman.. Cool... Most famous/delighted songs are of course Superman & "Bei Pan" (背叛). whenever you go for karaoke session, surely without missed, people will select this song (not inclusive of those EN ed okay). 3rd Album which is released recently, Super Sunshine.. What is nice in this album? emm of course his powerful sad songs.. haha.. 无辜&单数, that is what i see in KBox song list lor.. cause normally most popular songs will be in K first hehe..

So what is next ya Gary? Your albums are damn cool.. Next album will start with Super what ya... Super market maybe?? Buahahaha.. Anyway keep up the good job!

Emm.. watched this show last night.. emm kind of cute and fun.. you must be good in imagining these small lil' creatures around you in order 2 enjoy the show.. I will give 3.5 for this show. The movie and sound effect is good.. Can consider watching on Tues or Wed to get 6.5 bucks tick.. still worth watching lar overall for that price of tick..

Life is like this bah i think.. some people might say it is just unfair.. but i would like to say that, things always happen at the wrong timing..

When I start to treasure a friendship, my friend just left me for overseas to further her studies for 4 years.. tho we do keep in touch via emails but it is so far and it gets further while time past by..

When I start to enjoy my studies in Uni, and I realised it is already the last semester.. and I really missed my friends and the moment we spend together.. talk crap, do assignment, presentation, exams, having sleepless nights creating last minute advertisement and what we get from SooJin (aka our 黑社会老大) that always sounded like this.. (Ahem.. imitating) --> "rubbish.. what a stupid ads (followed by laugh pause scolding), i do not see any theme/connection with your big idea? where is your creativity? Are you color blind how can you use red and green together? can't you see that giddy effect?" But because of this scolding we learnt and we get better each time.. Really missed Soojin's scolding sia.. those "Chiong & Piah" days are the best!

When I start to treaasure a relationship, I, myself ruined everything! I think is me that is immature to handle all this things. But, you are really a good man, It is all my fault.. that the story ended like this.

When I start to like people around me, enjoy their company, they are leaving one by one..

When I trusted someone so much, I really treat her as my best friend and what i get in return was being betrayed by her.. I never learnt smart after so many times, I always choose to believe and hope that one day she will realize that I am true but the day never come..

When I start to like my job, hiccups always happen. Problems after another, it is just like a big wave hitting again and again.. and i feel like giving up.. but where else i can go in this little island..

I am just afraid to do anything now.. you can say that i am passive lor.. cause whenever I put too much effort in something, the result is always the opposite.. that really makes me lack of confidence in everything.. I need strength to walk on.. I also wish that i am a happy girl..

Yesh! Movie Outing!

Going to watch "The Leap Year" at last.. yeah!! Heard from friend that is super nice but i have no time to watch it last week so finally doing it this week with one of my lovely colleague hehe.. I am kinda emotional person, like to cry alot haha.. hopefully i don't cry too badly ops.. Imagine i cried when i watched the Water Horse & friends asked me what to cry for? But i just can't stop crying lor..

Went out gathering with friends last night and also past weeks, enjoy catching up with them. Maybe should go out more with them so i can still feel that i am alive in this little island bah.. Work load still equally heavy these days... But enjoying the process lor.. not so convincing hor.. wateva..

Ms hope that i am a happy gal, you must be strong okay? I know what you are going thru is bad but we will always be by your side and will also look around for you too..

Sad irritating romance story in office has come to an end. Glad that this thing ended. Not because i like one of them but just that, if the story get too lengthy or high profile, it will affects our working environment because everyone can feel the invisible pressure around us. Ms confuse just need to get things right on what she wants bah.. let's give her some time.. hope you will be able to make it!

Quite tired recently.. in work. Don't have enuf sleep too.. cause go out too late and i am a very "mo" person so i always take my own sweet time.. don't think senggek okay.. only during my private time im like this hor.. in work im super professional and fast okay okay okay...

Got offer from my ex-company, very tempted cause got lots of learning opportunity.. but i think the offer come at a wrong time. if im hoping over that measn it is my third job already and my resume will be worst! imagine new boss see your resume and what impression they will have.. no good no good.. tsk tsk..

Was quite hurt today when i heard some pple say "you resign lah.. i can always find someone to replace you..". The other person said:"Give her more job so that she won't think of leaving.." The other one like don't care.. just throw everything to me.. and if you wanna go just go lah..

Sigh.. i would say.. im affected by pple that is leaving also partly.. but i don't feel like resigning lor for the time being.. unless of one person.. is she is not around.. i might consider leaving also.. i know you are reading this too.. so no need to turn around.. it's you.. it's all about you.. haha..

anyway.. packed up with work now.. and have no time for private life.. makes me so bored..
